FirstMotion was founded by Sam Perez, an active HOA Board President in Virginia with nearly a decade of experience serving on a state advisory committee.
Sam built FirstMotion after experiencing the problem firsthand: waiting weeks for minutes that were missing motions, had wrong vote counts, and buried action items in paragraphs of discussion.
